Terms & Conditions for Accommodation at Athens Urban Retreat Apartments


We are delighted to welcome you to Athens Urban Retreat Apartments. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review and agree to the following terms and conditions before confirming your booking.


1. Reservation & Payment  

  - A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking.  

  - Full payment is due upon check-in, unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.  

  - In case of a no-show or cancellation outside the allowed time frame, the full booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.


2. Check-in & Check-out  

  - Check-in time is from15:00 to 11:00.  

  - Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.  

  - Check-out time is by 11:00. Late check-out may result in an additional fee.


3. Guest Identification & Age Restrictions  

  - All guests must provide valid identification (passport, ID card, etc.) upon check-in.  


4. House Rules  

  - Smoking is NOT permitted inside the apartments.  

  - Pets are allowed.  

  - Quiet hours are from 14:30 to 17:00 and 22:30 to 9:00. Please respect other guests during this period.


5. Damage or Loss of Property  

  - Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.  

  - A security deposit may be required at check-in. This deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages or excessive cleaning are needed.


6. Cancellation Policy  

  - Cancellations made 28 before the check-in date are fully refundable.

  - No-shows or early departures are not refundable.


7. Liability  

  - Athens Urban Retreat Apartments is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.  

  - Guests are advised to use the property’s facilities and amenities at their own risk.


8. Special Requests  

  - Special requests (e.g., extra bedding, early check-in, late check-out) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
